How to configure Proxy, Port, and APN of your MyPhone

STEP 1
Go to PHONE MENU, SETTINGS, CONNECTIVITY, DATA ACCOUNT, GPRS, Press OPTION, ADD.
Account name: 0pera Mini
APN: www.globe.com.ph
* Please Don’t Change the other options*


Press DONE and SAVE your setting .
STEP 2
Go to PHONE MENU, SERVICE, INTERNET SERVICE, SETTINGS, PROFILES, SIM1 (Choose sim 1 or 2), ADD NEW.
Edit Profile Name: Opera Mini
Edit Homepage: http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp
Edit Data Account: –> GPRS –> Opera Mini
Edit Connection Type: –> HTTP –>PressOK
Use Proxy: Yes
Proxy Address: —>203.177.42.214
Proxy Port: 8080
Username: (don’t change)
Password: (don’t change)
Click SAVE.
Activate Profile of OPERA MINI.
STEP 3
Download OPERA MINI.
STEP 4
Install OPERA MINI.
STEP 5
Go to PHONE MENU, PINOY, MyJAVA, JAVA SETTINGS.
Scroll Down and look for these settings:
Select SIM: SIM1/SIM2
Java Sim1 Profile: Choose Opera Mini
Java Sim2 Profile: Default (Don’t change)
Press OK, click JAVA, open your OPERA MINI, and then LAUNCH.
